I really can’t understand how Mexico can in any way be called an ally. They didn’t help us in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, The Gulf War, the subsequent wars in the ME, the drug war which they are prosecuting against us. So in what way are they an ally?

As to being a trading partner, we are a market for them since we have $60B trade deficit with them. Partnership implies equality and we have been getting reamed so enough is enough and if they don’t like it they can sit on an agave and have a Corona.
