This is the result of Obama policies. Duplicate names, residences etc. were not followed up as a matter of POTUS directed policy.

Obama knew, he understood, he supported the bleeding of the productive class. I wonder if there was some special CAIR-supported method for finding these eternal numbers and collecting from them? Or am I being unjustifiably paranoid--it was just Obama's Cloward-Piven, nothing planned?
