I understand what you’re saying, but rising metal costs are good for the speculators, but not so much for metal users. Even the cost of a single stick of rebar has become outrageously high, especially given that a lot of rebar is made from junk recycled metals anymore. I’d love to see investment opportunities in American made steel companies again, where the American smelters and foundries reopen for business again rather than China shipping their cheap crap over here, produced so inexpensively by paying slave labor wages.
