Oh boy.
I know she’s nodding down a bit, but the eyes...a bit close and mongoloid a bit too.
Mongoloid (Down Syndrome) people are by nature sweet and
gentle. Her eyes are just plain EVIL and the dark eyeliner
only helps to close them and narrow them in even more.
Eyeliner tends to smear if used with a heavy hand. - Sad
waste of the gift of life!
