New pilots spend over $100,000 in training and now they can be replaced by minimum wage third worlders. Insanity.
I don't begrudge airline pilots for their salaries since many of them are former Air Force or Naval Air Corps flyers.
As for careers, they're only guaranteed for a year or six months (depending on who they fly for) until their next flight physical............
