In summary, the Justice Department made the initial misrepresentations, then it admitted that they were made knowingly—but somehow accidently—yet refused to file any evidence to support the latter claim. It then asked this Court to sanction the entire Government. It should
have come to no one’s surprise that this Court reached its decision using the only evidence it had,
and entered a sanctions order (although not as broad of one as the Justice Department had
requested).

misrepresentations made knowingly but accidentally.

Pray the Rule of Law once again becomes established in this Great Nation. No quarter to the criminal class infecting our society.

“misrepresentations made knowingly but accidentally.”

Sounds like my 7 year old’s frequent “I accidentally did [something that could only happen by very deliberate, selfish, and flagrantly disobedient action].”
