It looks like the picture of President Trump was based on one the C19th Russian military heroes' portraits hanging in the Winter Palace; not quite the right one but somthing like Tuchkov here:
There’s a website with a bunch celebrities’ faces superimposed over those marshall’s uniforms and sold as small throw pillows. I have one with the image of Bill Murray. There are perhaps a dozen or more different ones.
