The “of a small minority among Muslims” is the PC opinion of the writer in effort to continue to dupe idiots into believing that not all of Islam is bad. Pompeo did not state that.

I asked him what he thought the percentage might be and he foolishly replied 5-10%.
I then taught them some basic math and said that 5-10% of 1.3 billion was 65 to 130 million people who wanted to blow us up or cut our throats. Several tried to drop the number down but the point had already been made.
