Aw, thank you very much. I'm just a tad sore today from that Physical Therapy. It was rather rough. LOL. I was quite uncoordinated, but not quite spastic..LOL. I hate the stretching exercise she assigned me and she made me video her doing it on my iPhone so that I would get it right. UGH. I have to do this horrid exercise 30 times, twice daily until I see her again on Thursday.
