The president’s oath,

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

is specified word for word in the Constitution. The VP oath is specified by Congress and has changed over time.

OK, thanks. It’s weird they made this film without realizing the mistake, but it doesn’t take away from the overall message.

Oh and I don’t know if your tagline is directed toward me, but I had already looked it up. I still appreciate you replying. I more wanted to bring up that the man in the film says it, and I think it is a common misconception.
