Yes, I’ve been “sorta living” with this excruciating pain for years but recently it had gotten to the point where I was headed to a wheelchair and a life on painkillers. I have one pain killer medicine now and since I left his office on Friday afternoon, I’ve only felt the need to take one tablet out of 30 that were meant to last me until Wednesday! I took that one tablet 15 minutes before I walked Louie and ended up walking Louie around 3 buildings pain free. Amazing! I’ve since walked Louie around the same buildings without the pain killer medicine. Praise God!

I have scoliosis anyway but I broke my pelvis in 3 places when I slipped and fell hard on a diving boat while visiting my daughter in the Caymans 11 years ago. Ever since then, my back ailments and pain have gotten increasingly worse to the point where my height decreased by 4 inches! X-rays and MRIs continued to show bone deterioration along with discs, so that bone is rubbing bone (which hurts) and the recent x-rays showed my left hip out of joint along with my spinal issues and a pelvic cyst in one of the healed cracks from 11 years ago. (No big deal for the moment).

I’m certain that my fall 11 years ago did more damage than all previous doctors realized despite my persistent insistence about that fall’s severity. I’ve had such a dramatic turnaround since Friday afternoon, I’m almost delirious! Praise God and that doctor.
