Hi Silverleaf. Sedition might explain what was puzzling me: why did Trump make CIA his first destination to visit? Clearly, the man he was at the start of the campaign is changed. You could see the gravity in his face as he became aware slowly of the magnitude of evil which exists in politics (vs. his business world.) He became more wary, more angry as time went on. I assumed the patriotic agents were sending good intelligence to him all along, e.g., exactly what is wrong with Hillary’s health and her prognosis.

The problem with the intel hierarchy is that patriotic agents can't easily reach the president, if at all because if the very tedious and now very political process of " coordination" ... If a bureacrat levels above or at another agency disagrees with an assessment or even a word the entire report can get scrubbed or buried.
The politicization and then worse- support for subversion- at he CIA and DNI were more then petty swipes at Trump
The security of America is at stake now. The very ability of the POTUS and his national security team to have confidence in the intelligence on which they must make decisions- has been undermined
I would not doubt if he is now dependent on assistance from non-US agencies and private contractors for reporting and analysis - and that is just potentially devastating to our country
Building a new room means leveling the place and starting again from the foundation up
Names I trusted and respected for many years have now been exposed as fools partisans or worse but that doesn't mean they are neutralized

Trump has his own intel assets. I also see the changes over the past weeks. I think it’s good. I think he meant exactly what he said and he emphasized it by asking them if they *got it*.

Brennan was not asked to stay on. He’s pissed and bitter and Reince made sure the media knows the administration knows it.
