Precisely. Washington, DC is the most atypical city in the USA. Even leftist cesspools like New York and LA are closer to what is the rest of America than DC.
Yes I watched that speech. He also said the crowd went all the way back to the monument.
Maybe weather had some thing to do with it?
Many factors contribute to attendance number like people were working, not all had the luxury to take time off to go, where many who vote den and would have attended obama’s are on government dole and had time to go.
I didn’t have access to TV so I watched on line, doubt my viewing was counted in any way.
That link is great, thank you...you can see Debbie Wasseeman Schultz wearing her pink ‘pussy’ hat in the back seats, about 10-15 yards to the right of the red draped awning...
And check out the face on the big heavy girl with her arms folded across her chest about 15 yards to her right a few rows back.. warning, don’t look if you are eating breakfast...roflmao!
If the left says Trump had a smaller crowd at the inauguration just say yeah it’s probably cause Hillary had 3 million more popular votes. Lol still doesn’t change that trump won!
The security was so heavy that a lot of people never made it onto the mall.
However, the mall was packed with people and so were the side streets.
Outside the mall were tens of thousands of Trump supporters who didn’t make it through security in time.
Yes, I was there.
I was in the last part of the mall (furthest away) and it was packed with people.
They shut down access to the front areas because they were already full.
Something else not being mentioned, the number of people in each area on the mall was controlled with gates and fences.
Plus it was about a 2 hour wait in the security line where we went in. Many people walked away because they didn’t want to wait in line to get onto the mall.
We never made it through security in time to get onto the parade route to see the parade. Another 1-1/2 hour plus line.
DC is an extremely liberal city, just look at their mayors. People go to the inauguration from all over the country but there are obviously a huge pool of locals who would go if they support the president. This is why there is a disparity for D vs R crowds there. Getting pretty tired of these stories that are mountains made out of not even molehills which can be completely explained away in 5 seconds of logic.
