Pardon or commute “Chelsea” (Bradley) Manning, a spy who endangered our boys in Afghanistan; Guantanamo terrorist inmates; unrepentant terrorist Oscar López Rivera, leader of terrorist group that bombed public buildings and murdered innocents and convicted of trying to overthrow the government; “manufacturers” and sellers of cocaine and methamphetamines - within protected (school) districts... He would’ve pardoned presidential assassins John Wilkes Booth, Harvey Oswald, Charles J. Guiteau, and Leon Czolgosz.

Same as his refusals for refugee status to persecuted Christians from Syria and elsewhere.
