Whites are fleeing into Fayette County East, Tipton County North, and DeSoto County, Mississippi, South. DeSoto County, Mississippi is the fastest growing county in Mississippi due to the white flight. Flight into West Memphis is like fleeing from Frasier in Memphis to Raleigh as there is no difference.
