Why do you think that Ivanka would be behind a change like this (assuming that the article has any credibility at all)?
Ivanka is a squish/sort of lefty and obviously you have completely forgotten all of the stuff she has said throughout the primary and election cycles. "EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK" is now a lefty meme and one that Ivanka keeps talking about; which is patently ridiculous, since women DO get paid the same as men do...except when the Clintons hire them.
