I was a Truper from the moment he announced.

As a born & bred New Yorker ( Manhattan ), I understand Trump better than most, because I share a similar background and upbringing.

And yes, whilst he has somewhat ignored some of the things that Ivanka has told him, we don't know EVERYTHING that she whispers in his ear, but he DID accept and PUSHED her ideas about childcare and other things.

He, himself, has somewhat back tracked on his ILLEGAL stances; which I've heard come out of his own mouth.

Don Jr. is much more like his father and I bet that Eric is too, than Ivanka; though she is obviously the apple of his eye.

You have NO idea what she has told him, nor that he ignore "all", "most", or "some" of it and neither do I.

Ivanka definitely leans leftish.

No president is perfect, but going back on his promises, especially on ILLEGALS,THE WALL, and TAXES, are a big league NO NO, for me and most others!

You're talking to me like you don't know who I am. I too am a New Yorker, born and bred. We've been in the trenches a long time, do you not recall this? But go ahead, buy into the Trump-is-betraying-us load of crap. It is a load the NeverTrumpers and the media have shoveled over and over and over - for a year and a half. To date, it's *never* been true. Not once.

I'm fully aware of who Ivanka is and the circles within circles in the political world. But Trump is way smarter than you're giving him credit for.
