I think it needs to be explicitly said... Tom Steyer spent more in anti-Trump ads in California than Trump spent to win the Republican nomination. He spent a quarter of what Trump spent to win the presidency.

In a state that Hillary was going to win no matter what.

So if he's willing to blow 60 million on vanity anti-Trump ads in California, man, I'd be beating down his door if I was a commercial maker or media buyer to see just how much more money I could get from him. Just imagine how many hundreds of millions he'd be willing to spend on anti-Trump ads in New York and Washington DC...

A fool and his money are swiftly parted. And boy, Tom Steyer’s image is going to be in the next dictionary under the entry for fool.

Yes, he spent all that money in California to win the popular vote, and was really successful. Too bad no one reminded him that the Electoral vote is what gets the Presidency.
