I sure hope NOT but I heard the other day, and I can’t remember where, that the Muslim in the WH can pardon someone right up til noon. There was mention of a BIG last minute pardon coming. I was thinking at the time HRC but maybe it’s this. He has more unmitigated gall than anyone I have ever seen in public life in my entire life so it wouldn’t surprise me.
Not only can he issue pardons/amnesties/commutations until the last minute, the actions do not even need to be made public.
Hillary could have a pardon in hand and we wouldn’t know unless she’s prosecuted, or until it shows up in a government document dump years later.
