Heh. there *IS* the issue of comfort.

A helicopter doesn’t actually fly; it beats the air into submission, and your ears along with it. Quite the ride.

A 737 is a MUCH nicer ride.

Andrews AFB is a less-than-10-minute chopper flight.

LGA to NYC is less than 5 miles as the helo flies.

AND it might actually cost less to use the hybrid filght plan than to take an escorted helo the 200+ miles.

And MUCH louder.

They overfly our house frequently. V-22 makes a Blackhawk sound like a stealth aircraft.
