Goes to show what a problem we have with crime in the US today. The guy's an illegal alien, and a drug user. That's a "criminal history" if I've ever seen one. It just happens that this criminal has no previous convictions. He obviously should have.

That’s what struck me as odd, known illegal known drug abuser... that doesn’t meet the requirement for criminal history????
