Then he won the General Election by a good margin in the Electoral College.
The Electoral College is the Constitutional way a President is selected by the American people.
All government officials, including CIA agents, analysts and operators, take an oath to that same Constitution.
The same Electoral College win was confirmed by the 50 state Electors on December 19th, and certified by the US Congress this month.
