Best wishes to the Fishburne Military School cadets! @NewsLeaderNOW: Cadets prepare to make Fishburne history #VA06
WAYNESBORO There has never been a bigger event in the school's history. The cadets of Fishburne Military School will have all eyes on them on Friday as they march in the Presidential Inauguration Parade, following the swearing in of Donald Trump as president.
The importance and honor of being asked to participate in such an event is not lost on the 150 cadets, and they're making sure they prepare for it.
After campaigning and asking for endorsements well before the November election, the school was asked to participate in the parade by the Inauguration Committee on Dec. 30, the final week of winter break for the cadets.
Lt. Col. Robert Hunt was in Wal-Mart when he received the call from the committee asking if Fishburne would like to participate. The senior Army instructor said he immediately accepted and contacted the superintendent.
"I immediately accepted the invitation to be a part of history," Hunt said.
Yahoo: Psychologists say Trump needs to learn to cry. He does cry. Tears of laughter reading silly stories about his need to cry.
