He’s here for a much-needed rest and vacation from his very busy, stressful job so I’m being extra-attentive and keeping the conversation light as much as possible.
For example, last night we watched “The Three Amigos” because he hadn’t seen it. (Yes, it’s odd and, I must say, quite suspicious that he hadn’t seen it!)
In the meantime, this morning I’m being as quiet as when my children were napping babies while visiting with all of you! Wouldn’t want to disturb my guest! ;-)
It’s foggy/rainy here — having a very quiet morning. Too warm for a wood stove fire All the critters want in.
My LL BEAN boots come today. May wear them around the house to break them in. Probably the most excitement of the day!
