“Too bad Monday is a holiday. Whatever the story, it’ll be swept away and ignored by Tuesday.”

That only works on legacy msm (TV, radio and print). The alt media keeps items of interest alive long past the “please go away” date set by the ‘gate keepers’.

The legacy media will have to pick it up again just to try to stay relevant for market share (which they aren’t anymore) if the alt media decides its an issue worth keeping alive.

Not a chance. In this case they'll "pooh-pooh" the story until Inauguration Day and then it'll be gone for good.
