I see your point re: Senior UN personnel, but think you seriously overestimate their intelligence and capacity to learn. Not that it wouldn't be fun to try.

As for Mogadishu, the Pallies who just can't live with Jews should be the first group relocated to that newly created multicultural paradise. And give China a 50 year mandate to govern it.
