If those who made donations to the Clinton’s to purchase themselves favors, I would NOT be surprised if Trump issues an EO to confiscate all Clinton Foundation funds and puts the funds into government coffers. Go Trump!
If they return the donations there is no downside to the donors. The donors who made multimillion dollar donations in expectation of future access SHOULD face consequences. Let them kiss their money goodby.
