Well, what I had in mind was to liquify the EPA.

Reminds me of the second(?) Lethal Weapon movie where the old German guy says “I declare diplomatic immunity”,

and Danny Glover shoots him between the eyes and says “And it’s just be revoked.” (Or something).

Anyway - a suitable metaphor for the EPA.
