Don’t know. Seems like a career bureaucrat of the kind we see so often in Washington, DC, except he wears a uniform. Never heard of him, but seems pretty entrenched, and has a seemingly myopic view of things...a Washington, DC view.

I have always had a disdain for scrambled egg political soldiers, and I reckon I always will.
