People need to study history more. Nixon was never charged with anything yet received a pardon from Ford.
Accepting a pardon does imply guilt. A pardon would finish her for sure. Probably a moot point at this stage.
I think Ford was wrong.
See the link I posted at 43. I don’t see anything about a pardon without being charged. I’m not saying you are wrong but do you have a credible link that says it is law that a president can pardon someone that hasn’t been charged from anything they may have done?
I can’t see her wanting a pardon because the narrative for the future is that this election was stolen from the Smartest Woman in the World; if she is just Nixon in a pantsuit then it won’t fly.
