Sorry to hear about that. I’ve been fortunate, no issues. I think they can replace the battery, right?
The Apple store wouldn’t do it. The battery checks out as fine according to them. It charges, it just doesnt recognize the plug until a hard reboot. Weird, seemed they just wanted me to buy a new Ipad.
