I loved Reagan and his wisdom, but he let Congress bully him even when he had both Houses at the beginning.

The history major in me cries out for historical accuracy. Reagan NEVER had control of both Houses during his Presidency. He had the Senate at times. Amazing what he accomplished given that it all had to get through a Democrat House led by Tip O'Neill.
