I still say that the turning point in MSM coverage of Democrats/Republicans was when Bernard Shaw asked the "If Kitty Dukakis were raped..." question. That one question turned the electorate against Michael Dukakis because of his dispassionate reply.

The MSM learned their lesson. Never again did the MSM ask another question like that of Democrats.
