Eric Schneiderman is not a gifted thinker. According to his logic, the State of Louisiana should be able to ignore my Texas Drivers License and subject me to their own license, even as I simply pass thru the state.
And bear in mind, DRIVING is a PRIVILEGE while being armed is a constitutional RIGHT.
I met Schneiderman once. Putz seems to be a good description.
