A diplomat from Sudan was arrested for allegedly grinding against a woman on a Manhattan subway Monday but the charges were dropped because he has diplomatic immunity, police sources said.
The 49-year-old diplomat, Mohammad Abdalla Ali, was riding an uptown 4 train at about 2 p.m. when he allegedly approached the 38-year-old woman from behind as the train was leaving Grand Central and rubbed his crotch against her, police sources said.
He was taken to the Midtown South police station house, where he was charged with sexual abuse and forcible touching.
But once he provided identification papers proving he was a diplomat, he was released, according to the sources, who added that there will be no prosecution.

this is one of those stories you didn’t have to read to know the details
but they threw him out of the country, right?
RIGHT????
There’s a reason why muslim women have to cover themselves head to toe and have male relatives with them out in public. Muslim males are worse than animals. They can’t control themselves in a civilized manner. They don’t belong in any civilized country. They’ve proven that time and time and time and time and time again.
Revoke his diplomatic status and expel him. Permanently.
L
I think it is time for his diplomatic immunity be revoked
Just another example of why the UN needs to moved out of this country.
But,but,she was displaying!
His diplomatic immunity would not have done him any good, if the woman reacted by stabbing him.
Exactly...Don’t give them another cent and close the building down...
Listen to them yell when they are forced to leave the restaurants, theatres, and amenities of New York City...
To bad she didn’t get to use her knees on him.
Of course if she had ‘defended’ herself she would have been charged with f’n with a Diplomat....
Our oldest daughter went to school for a year as an exchange student in Tokyo. The Japanese men are notorious for grabbing women, and more so for “Western Women” because they consider them less than they do for their own women. Plus western women actually have things that they can grab. One guy tried to grab one of our daughter’s breasts on a train and she just started pointing at him and calling him out in Japanese! Creating a “scene” in Japan is mortifying to them, and she said that this pervert slinked off while been watched by everyone within earshot!
“His diplomatic immunity would not have done him any good, if the woman reacted by stabbing him.”
Or maybe just a swift knee in his balls!
Too bad he didn’t end up touching the third rail.
Regardless of the feds power to make treaties, both Thomas Jefferson and the Supreme Court had clarified the following. The Senate and President cannot use treaty power to unconstitutionally expand the feds powers, the feds wrongly ignoring a citizens personal protections in the name of so-called diplomatic immunity in this example imo.
In giving to the President and Senate a power to make treaties, the Constitution meant only to authorize them to carry into effect, by way of treaty, any powers they might constitutionally exercise. Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793.
Surely the President and Senate cannot do by treaty what the whole government is interdicted from doing in any way. Thomas Jefferson: Parliamentary Manual, 1812 .
"2. Insofar as Art. 2(11) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice provides for the military trial of civilian dependents accompanying the armed forces in foreign countries, it cannot be sustained as legislation which is "necessary and proper" to carry out obligations of the United States under international agreements made with those countries, since no agreement with a foreign nation can confer on Congress or any other branch of the Government power which is free from the restraints of the Constitution [emphasis added]. Reid v. Covert, 1956.
Diplomats should be required to respect the Golden Rule.
The guy has been an ambassador and just as Obama kicked out 35 people from Russia he should kick this guy out too if the Sudanese government won’t revoke his immunity so he can be prosecuted.
