Once Trump is firmly ensconced in the White Hut, I think his intelligence team should change the narrative about this. I would go with something along the lines of Russia wanting Hillary as the Democrat nominee so Trump could beat her.
The Russians did in fact interfere with the election, but they interfered on the Democrat side, knowing that Bernie could beat Trump, so they rigged the nomination for Hillary. This is why the hacked the DNC and caught Schultz and Brazile red handed in trying to influence a Hillary win.
