Hillary and Bill wouldn't. There are ways to get rid of jerks like these tenants. I know people who have methods and have used them. Suffice it to say, there would be no connections back to the landlord.

That's pretty much what I did. I was renting my house out in Texas while I was working in North Carolina. Ended up having to show up on the doorstep with a shotgun in hand. Told them to get the %$(@* out within 24 hours or I'd be back. They left.
