Something else I find really sad is that the 4 who perpetrated this crime did not think it was such a bad thing.
In many cases, we are not RAISING youth anymore, with the love of a supporting family, but throwing them up and out to the mean streets. And this has been going on far too long.
I believe the figure is 90% illegitimacy in the inner cities.......
