yes... VERY expensive anywhere in beltway and even a healthy ride out on train to suburbs finds the costs very high. I had done extensive checking when 3DJoy and I were investigating having a FR couple day shindig. Neither she or I were able to underwrite it and FR was not willing to do so either. One needs a financial backing to get started.

I had hoped to stay with a cousin (lib lawyer) but her breast cancer has reoccurred with a vengeance.
