We grew up most hospitals were Catholic, when mom needed her tubes tied or die from another miscarriage, it was hard to find a none Catholic hospital to perform it.
When I had mine done it was in a Methodist hospital.
This may be a confused gender person, but the rules are still the same. They don’t do those procedures for religious reasons. Pick a non Catholic hospital if you want those type procedures.
