Do you have any links to verify Santiago is in local pd custody? I ask because a Canadian source suggests otherwise....

The reason I ask is because chaos reigned for well over an hour during the shooting at FLL with multiple early media reports suggesting additional gunman on the loose in additional terminals as well as the parking facility. Yet, again, initial reports of multiple shooters is dismissed to lone gunman.
