I suspect terror. If he told the FBI he was being "forced" to act for ISIS, it's not unreasonable to assume he acted in the interests of radical Islam.

Wonder if Alaska reported what appears to be an involuntary commitment (sent to) to the Feds. Another criminal possession of a firearm.
I think a psychotic, not a terrorist.
Also, not my area of law, but I think a history of involuntary commitment to a psychiatric facility is a bar to purchase at a FFL, but not to private sales or possession.
