I don’t want to read the article. I have a special needs 13 year old. But I was wondering how the thugs got ahold of him.
People with special needs can’t be left alone. That goes for elderly with Alzheimer’s and even adults like this guy. “Rights” of freedom should not apply to people who are not safe in public. It’s cruelty. We need to c hange that.
