that’s because medicare was cut in order to create cost savings to make obamacare more affordable as a budget item, i believe. the democrats didn’t care what impact those cuts had on medicare recipients, just so long as they could continue to support the obamanation called the affordable [lie] care act.
I know. I listened as Sebelius said, UNDER OATH, that the cuts would go two places. The questioner (sorry, I can’t remember which Congressperson it was) said “’it cannot be applied in two places, it can only go one place’. Sebelius was asked again and she stated the ‘savings from the cuts were going to go to two places’. She wasn’t questioned further. These people have been getting away with the lying, cheating and stealing, not to mention treason, for waaaaaay too long!
