As usual, the person getting the beating is the one that didn’t obey officers and actually physically fought with police.
The girl really needs to learn from the Chris Rock video. this wasn’t about the girl’s race. It was about her attitude. She would have suffered the same consequences if she was lily white.

A white girl would have been charged with assault and battery on a police officer. The black girl wasn't.

As usual, the person getting the beating is the one that didn’t obey officers and actually physically fought with police. It is interesting how the video pans away just at the moment where "assaulting a police officer" could have taken place...then pans back just as the perp is taken down.
What happened during those 3-4 seconds?
