Whatever they replace it with will be unconstitutional as well. The Fed Gov’t has NO business being involved in the marketplace of healthcare between ‘free’ citizens and the health care they choose to purchase.

That said, baby steps will hopefully get us closer to real freedom, one day. I may not be alive to see it though LOL.

Baby steps increase the damage. End it quickly, at once, and accept the short term pain in favor of the long term gain.

The time for baby steps is over. Our baby steps have been overwhelmed by their giant steps. Baby steps are how we got here.

Destroy the Democrats. Their ideology has failed. Destroy the globalist RINOs. Their ideology has failed.

I suspect - given their position relative to Democrats - that Republicans believe things couldn’t be better. Their party is hanging by a thread. RINOs in Congress had better toe the line or they’re done.

Exactly. It is the mandate that is anathema to the Constitution. If the Fed government has the authority and/or power to compel citizens of the States to purchase a product or participate in any form of commerce, then we are no longer free citizens.

These DC people would do well to remember the whole stated reason around the formation of our government:

“To preserve the blessings of LIBERTY.” Not, to make sure every citizen gets as much or has as much as another citizen.
