Spicer told 'Fox & Friends' hosts that last week's cyber security memo from the FBI and Homeland Security Department is a 'how-to manual for the DNC' to 'improve their IT security'
'I think it's unfair if they don't know. And I know a lot about hacking. And hacking is a very hard thing to prove. So it could be someone else,' Trump said at his oceanside Mar-a-Lago resort club in Florida.
'And I also know things that other people don't know, and so they cannot be sure of the situation.'
Asked what his secret knowledge consists of, Trump said: 'You'll find out on Tuesday or Wednesday.'
Spicer said Monday that the president-elect 'is privy to information that nobody else has' and 'what he is driving at is the fact that there doesn't seem to be conclusive evidence within the intelligence community.'
'There's an intelligence report that's due out later this week,' he added. 'And once that report is made final and the president-elect is briefed, then I think we'll have a better idea of what to make of the situation.'

I heard a comment on Fox this morning about the leak actually coming from the democrat camp by someone disgruntled with the undermining of Bernie Sanders.
I still wonder about the staffer murdered on the street in D.C. but not robbed.
17 more days of this media blitz of fake news -- the whole purpose of which is to distract from the overt treasonous acts of the current administration, the Clinton crime syndicate, and RINOs such as McCain and Graham.
So many more, but Trump should clean house from the top down.
My LIBERAL daughter and son-in-law don’t believe this crap.
Neither does my Dem-leaning mother and brother, nor the acquaintances/friends I have who are progs.
They are openly very upset at the Obama Admin’s conduct these past few weeks.
They enter a state of cognitive dissonance when I point out that Trump doesn’t want war with Russia, unlike Obama, Hillary, and neocons such as McCain and Graham. He wants to work with Russia to defeat ISIS rather than supplying ISIS with trucks and weapons. They are slowly and very reluctantly coming around to the idea that Trump has consistently held the correct position.
I was surprised to hear my son-in-law give me a list of Liberal Senators and Congresscritters he thought should retire today, if possible. Pelosi, Boxer... McCain. Clean the swamp and term limits. He may see the light yet.
Not only Trump’s spokesman, but many of us who are not democrats have said the same thing.
Democrats on the other hand, will continue with the talking points until it wears itself out after the inauguration.
Somehow they know too, but like the internet video that the democrats said caused Benghazi, they will continue until it wears itself out.
