It’s not a mini dress in the sense of Mod-Mini.
But I think they meant it’s a short evening dress.....not a full-length evening gown.
They should have referred to it as a cocktail dress. It fits the modern description of an LBD. A mini dress is technically 4” below the buttocks or possibly mid-thigh. But a mini has never been ‘to the knee’ or below.
The snarks were trying to project a less classy image of Melania from the title.
Seriously, Mooche is currently on the cover of Vogue laying in a garden of greens. She looks to be a size 4 with an accentuated waist line and the photoshopped face of some beautiful black angel.
