I think they meant to say midi, not mini. Although it's not what I consider a midi dress, which should be mid calf. But I've seen lots of dresses in the last couple years tagged as midi when they're just covering the knee.
Bottom line, she looks wonderful, and I can hardly believe it's a Yahoo article. They're off the deep end kneepad-wearing Soros Borg on that site.
