House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Monday that the ball is in the GOP's court when it comes to replacing ObamaCare, according to reports.
Pelosi didnt necessarily rule out working with the GOP on replacing President Obamas signature domestic policy achievement after it is repealed, but said the responsibility to do so will ultimately fall in their lap.
ADVERTISEMENT "The ball is in their court," Pelosi said during a Democratic conference call on Monday, according to ABCs Rick Klein. "You break it, you own it."

She is a lunatic wretch. Who cares what IT says about anything?
The ball is either hers or Feinstein’s court as one of them certified Obama was a Natural Born for the 2008 election. There were two who vouched.
Unfortunately, ‘repeal and kill’ still left a lot of GOVT in place. ‘Mandates’ of what is/not ‘bare-bones’ (mental/drug ‘help’, fertility/child care, etc.)....all by govt decree.
The blame doesn’t lie solely at the hands of the administrators/etc., they still have to dance to every tune coming out of each State, let alone D.C.
Personally, I’m still against any tax breaks where anyone pays $0% for ‘lawful’ govt. I’m all for personal/independent plans, HSA and high deductible\catastrophic. H’Care is a service as is the rest: Pay by those whom use. Charity belongs exactly there, from the VOLUNTARY charity of others.
Pelosi is not in the game
She is in the ladies but still in the stadium
Don't worry about it, you senile dingbat!
WE'LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN WE PASS IT SO YOU CAN FIND OUT WHAT'S IN IT!
At least the GOP will allow us to see the damn bill, witch!
That's half of the THE RESTORATION of the previously working employer/working employee system.
The second part of Obamacare, the welfare half which is not now, nor could have ever been "insurance," will have to be structured as any other massive welfare program, administered through the welfare portion of annual budgets, and shared by the OTHER EXISTING hundreds of taxpayer FUNDED WELFARE programs, and limited by what the real life ability of the non-governmental working non-union taxpayers can afford.
Certainly, that limitation must be means tested, and CAN NEVER, EVER include health care for illegal aliens, children of illegal aliens and so-called "refugees."
The United States literally cannot support ALL of the sick, third world starving poor ------- without ultimately joining them.
That was defined about 50 years ago as the dismal scenario, followed by the results of demanding that the U.S. bankrupt itself by supporting the entire world ---- THE UTTERLY DISMAL SCENARIO...
WHAT SHOULD NOT BE LOST SIGHT OF, IN THIS DISCUSSION, IS THAT INDIVIDUAL-CHOICE CHARITY, DECIDED BY EACH FREE INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN IS UNLIMITED. YOU WANT TO ALLOW YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY TO STARVE?? GO FOR IT.
The inviolable boundary APPEARS when you feel entitled to make the choice for me or my family.
No one is entitled or legally empowered to decide "who we are." NOBODY.
STUPID ASSERTIONS! PURE BS.
No, we don't NEED "something to replace it."
What we had before was NOT as bad. People who worked their entire lives were able to afford health care for their families.
Forcing them, in addition, to also pay for the indolent subculture forever on welfare and rejecting all requirement to work as ""demeaning," is not a choice in a free society. No form of slavery is acceptable in a free society.
As things stand, more millions of Americans are now not covered.
Being unable to afford the premiums AND the outrageously enormous required deductible makes the "Obamacare" solution a distinction without a difference.
Everybody loses... Bigger and better. And the non-productive bureaucracies march on and grow.
The Money Fairy myth is now beyond dead.
The Socialist eternal reality looms over everyone, now. And the message should be loud and clear.
Work or starve.
Don’t get caught up with logic when dealing with the resident commie.
Nanners, the ball should always be with the GOP.
Your side has a tendency not for the hoop but straight up my ass.
Yep - someone should tweet her that she'll just have to let it pass to find out ...
